Trust Meeting
Minutes of the Trust meeting held on Monday 6th February 2023 on the rising of the Town
Council meeting in the Small Hall of North Petherton Community Centre.

Present:
Chair: L Hyde,
Town Councillors: Bradford, L Dennis-Smith, S Habberfield, L Parchment, S Fowell,
P Reddington, L Spelman-Ives, P Spencer and J Taylor.

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Fell and Ives.

Declarations of interests
There were no declarations of interest.

PF3/2023

Minutes of the Meeting held on 21 November 2022–
RESOLVED that the draft minutes of the meeting held on 21 November 2022 be
confirmed as a correct record.

PF4/2023

Financial Matters
There were no payments for approval.

PF5/2023

General Update
A written report had been circulated covering maintenance and projects. There
was a lengthy discussion about the definitive footpath route in Parker’s Field and
the Clerk was asked to look into the possibility of a diversion order.

PF6/2023

Appointment of a Councillor Trustee to the Management Committee
Councillor Bradford had resigned from the Management Committee and the Chair
thanked Cllr Bradford for his commitment to the Trust especially for his hands-on
work.
RESOLVED that Cllr Reddington be requested to consider becoming a member of the
management committee.
