Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Trust will take place on Monday 26th June 2023 at 7.15pm in
the Small Hall, Fore Street, North Petherton TA6 6QA
Members of the public may attend the meeting and may speak at the discretion of the Chair
during the agenda item called Community Time, but they may not vote on any resolutions
proposed at the meeting unless the Council decides that such a resolution is to be put to a
public vote.

To elect a Chair for the meeting
2. Apologies for absence
3. Declarations of interests
4. Minutes
5. Community Time
6. Annual Report
The Chair will present a report of the Trust’s activities during the preceding year
7. Finance
The statements of account will be presented for approval
8. Constitution
To consider changes to the constitution to clarify the position of Chair of the Trust.
9. Management Committee
To appoint members of the management committee
