Minutes of the meeting of the North Petherton Playing Fields Trust held via Zoom on
29th March 2021, starting at 7:15 pm.

PF01/2021 Apologies:
Apologies were received from Cllr Mrs L Spelman Ives. Cllr W Revans and Cllr Mrs
D Bunce

PF02/2021 Minutes
The minutes of the Trust held on 19th October 2020 were agreed as a correct record.
There were no matters arising.
PF03/2021 Finance
The Secretary presented a statement of the current financial position.
Resolved: that the report be received.

PF04/2021
Memorial Park Project
Cllr Mrs Hyde updated the meeting on current progress. The Park was looking lovely
and there had a lot of favourable comments. Cllr Bradford thanked her and the
project group for all of their hard work.
PF05/2021 Parkersfield
It was noted that the tennis courts were now open. The possibility of putting
scalpings at the entrance to the children’s play area was discussed, together with the
possibility of putting a new bench in the area. The Clerk was asked to look into
getting the seesaw repaired.
PF06/2021 AGM
It was agreed to hold the AGM at the end of June. (This was subsequently changed
to October because of covid restrictions).
The meeting ended at 7:50 pm
