However, as the virus is still prevalent in the area, you are asked to do the following when attending our meetings:

• Take appropriate steps to ensure that you are not infectious.
• Wear face masks to protect the vulnerable.
• Maintain social distancing.
• Consider not joining the meeting if the room is already quite full.
• Consider leaving the meeting after the item(s) you are interested in have been dealt with.
