Notice to All Allotment Holders
At its meeting on 20 November 2023 the General Purposes Committee
set the allotment fees, effective from 1 January 2024 as follows:
Half plot £35.00 per year
Full Plot £70.00 per year
These charges reflect the increased level of service that the Town
Council has provided in 2023 and intends to continue.
The draft budget for the allotments for 2024/2025 is as follows:

The draft budget, above, shows that with the fee increase allotment
holders will pay for two thirds of the day to day running costs of the
allotment site.
The Town Council has agreed that there will be no increase in the
allotment fees due in January 2025.
This notice provides the 1 months notice of increased fees as stated in
the allotment tenancy agreements.
