Annual Town Meeting

There is a legal requirement for every parish to have an annual meeting. The meeting is for all the registered local electors within the parish and the Mayor must call the meeting which has to be held between 1 March and 1 June each year. The agenda for the meeting must be made available in a conspicuous place within the parish at least 7 clear days before the meeting. The quorum for the meeting is 2 electors. Voting at the parish meeting can be in any way that the meeting Chair decides will be the best way to get an accurate result.
